In 2010 Russian Black Sea Fleet displayed the most remarkable growth in popularity among Russian power agencies comparing to the previous year, reports RIA Novosti referring to media monitoring and analysis company Medialogia.

Growth in 15 positions has been acquired because of reports on prolongation of Black Sea Fleet deployment in Sevastopol.

Russian Investigatory Committee holds the top of ratings due to numerous reports on reformation in the agency and tragedy in Kuschevskaya village.

The second place is held by the Ministry of Internal Affairs thanks to reports on the ministry's transformation and debates around the draft law about reforms in police.

The third place is taken by EMERCOM because of reports on wild fires.

Recall that Russian and Ukrainian presidents Dmitry Medvedev and Viktor Yanukovich signed an agreement on Apr 21 in Kharkov providing that Russia's Black Sea Fleet would stay in Crimea till 2042 with possible 5-year extension.
