Baltic Fleet task unit arrived in Sweden 12.04.2011

Baltic Fleet task unit consisting of small missile ships Geizer and Zyb arrived in Swedish port Karlskrona; the unit flies the flag of Baltiysk Naval Base Commander Rear Admiral Alexander Nosatov.

The informal visit's program includes a meeting of Rear Admiral Alexander Nosatov with Karlskrona naval base commander Hakan Magnusson; base commanders are to discuss bilateral cooperation. Russian sailors will pay social visits to the city authorities, meet with Russian ambassador to Kingdom of Sweden Igor Neverov, visit local places of interest, and get familiar with life conditions of their foreign colleagues.

Russian small missile ships Geizer and Zyb will be open for public. BF task unit will stay in Sweden till Apr 14.
