Marching drills were held on Apr 11 at Northern Fleet (NF) as a preparation for Victory Day's military parade to be conducted on May 9 in Murmansk and Severomorsk.
Over 1,000 servicemen of NF surface/submarine units, coast guard, and naval aviation, officers of EMERCOM and internal troops will participate in the parade.

Helge Ingstad is expected to pay friendly visit to Northern Fleet on the eve of the Victory Day.
