Experts of Black Sea Fleet (BSF) Search and Rescue Service hold a 2-day annual seminar. It is directed by the service acting commander Capt 1 rank Dmitry Zheltov. The activity is attended by the fleet's division commanders, ship commanding officers, their executives, and engineering officers.

Bold Monarch 2011 international rescue exercise and 120-meter diving drills recently finished.
