New navigation simulator named Mostik has been put into service at Black Sea Fleet (BSF) training center. The simulator designed and assembled by Russian specialists is used for training of ship's commanding officers and battle station crews in navigation of a single ship or task unit in various conditions.

The simulator constitutes a large-powered computer system modeling elements of navigation in severe weather conditions, in straits, when entering and leaving ports not only imitating specific features of the Black and the Mediterranean seas but any region worldwide.

Technical capabilities of the system allow to train navigation crews of three warships at once.
