Besides, Trotsenko said Russia would complete modernization of another Indian Project 877EKM diesel electric submarine.

According to USC, "totally, we're executing over ten India's naval orders".

Earlier on, in Jan 2012 Russia handed over nuclear-powered submarine SSN Nerpa (K-152, Project 971, Schuka-B class) to India for a 10-year long leasing.

The sub will be commissioned into Indian Navy on Apr 4, reported RIA Novosti referring to a source in Indian defense ministry.
