Being on working trip in St. Petersburg, Russian Navy Commander-in-Chief Viktor Chirkov visited Severnoye Design Bureau and familiarized with its research and development works for defense shipbuilding. Then he attended the briefing of the bureau's director Alexander Ushakov reporting on the batch production of frigates and corvettes for Russian Navy.
