Russian Navy will receive ship-based SAM system Pantsir (Pantsir-M) not earlier than in 3 years, reports RIA Novosti referring to Yury Borisov, deputy chairman of government's Military Industrial Board.

As for him, "in the next three years deliveries of Pantsir-M for Russian Navy are not planned", reports RIA Novosti.

Yury Borisov added that "Russian defense ministry did not order even development works on this matter", reports RIA Novosti.
