Pacific Fleet’s military doctors meet

02/03/2009
A workshop conference of cardiologists of the Primorye region took place at the clinical hospital of the Russian Pacific Fleet.

The first such conference took place in 1973. The experts then met under the initiative of the researchers of the Vladivostok medical Institute.

Each year articles written by members of this scientific body - which focuses on the rehabilitation of the seriously ill - are published in the materials of the National Congress of Cardiologists of Russia. According to the head of Cardiology at the Pacific Fleet, Colonel Oleg Matveev, the high quality of the work produced by the conference must not only be maintained, but even improved.
