CONSTRUCTION

The ship was laid down on July 6, 1983 at Vladivostok Shipyard under the name of Liven; launched on October 5, 1986; commissioned on December 25, 1987; joined Pacific Fleet on February 19, 1988; obtained the name of 20th Syezd VLKSM on April 14, 1987; renamed into Iney on February 15, 1992.
