MPK-192 is a Project 1331M Small ASW Ship (SAS).

CONSTRUCTION, NAME

The ship was laid down on February 26, 1985 at Peene-Werft shipyard (Wolgast, GDR); launched on August 29, 1985; commissioned on March 24, 1987.

MILESTONES

In 2005 "Russian Party of Life" took patronage over the ship.

According to some sources, the ship will soon obtain a name of Urengoi.

Operational range: 2,200 miles at 12 knots
Crew: 80 men
