CONSTRUCTION

RT-248 (serial number 352) was laid down on March 16, 1987 at Sredne-Nevsky shipyard. Launched in February 1990. Commissioned on September 29, 1990. RT-248 was re-equipment to a Project 13000 radio-controlled mine destruction vessel.
