Drunken naval officer threw kids out of 8th floor – all alive 12.11.2009
Two 8-year old girls had been thrown out of 8th floor window by drunken Cap Lt in Moscow at Thursday night are alive, said the source in Investigative Committee at RF Public Prosecutor's Office (ICP).

Sufferers are daughters of suspect's common-law wife; they were transported to St. Vladimir Child Health Centre. One of girls is in extremely grave condition, she is using lungmotor. Dasha got brain concussion, hepatorrhexis, five fractured ribs, retroperitoneal hematoma. Her sister Katya fell down over limb of tree and managed to avoid heavy traumatism; she is currently in Rusakovskaya Clinic with spleen rupture.

According to ICP official website, investigative authorities initiated a criminal case on elements of crime provided by part 3 clause 30 and points "a", "c" part 2 clause 105 of RF Criminal Code (attempted homicide of more than one person). It was previously reported by ICP that the criminal case was initiated on basis of part 2 clause 105 (homicide of more than two helpless persons).

The tragedy occurred at Sayanskaya St. 5/2 (Novogireevo Metro Station). Having thrown kids out of window, the officer sent a message to his common-law wife: "Wave goodbye to Dasha and Katya".

30-year old serviceman had been delivered to Ivanovskoye police station. He is research officer of military unit 11135.
