CONSTRUCTION

The destroyer was laid down in 1987 at Zhdanov Shipyard No 190 (now called Severnaya Verf Shipyard) in Leningrad; launched in 1989; commissioned in 1990.

MILESTONES

In 1998 along with destroyer Bystry won the Navy Commander-in-Chief's Prize for joint anti-aircraft missile-firing exercise upon group air target.

Since 1999 the destroyer is inactivated and expects for repairs.
