JSC ASP is the largest shipbuilding enterprise in the Russian Far East. The yard carries out the construction of vessels of various application: chemical tankers, anchor-handling tug supply vessels for offshore platforms supply; ship-handling tugs; seismic survey vessels for offshore hydrocarbon reserves exploration; support frames and functional blocks for offshore platforms; as well as executes construction and repairing works of the Navy ships.

Technical capabilities of the yard allow carrying out the following activities: all types of welding works; fabrication of items, equipment, pipework and nuclear-power objects; assembly, arrangement and repairing of electric power equipment; marine wiring works, certified tests of materials and products, fabrication of wide variety of marine engineering items.

The yard implements the certified quality management system which complies with the international standards principles ISO 9000.
