Moscow to help Kiev complete cruiser Ukraina
Moscow and Kiev came to terms that Russia would assist Ukraine to finish construction of cruiser Ukraina, said Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovich. The cruiser is 95% completed, "although we have not any opportunity to complete the ship without Russia".

No demands from pirates captured Russian sailors so far
So far, there have been no demands from pirates captured two Russian crewmembers of MV North Spirit off Cameroon. Two sailors were kidnapped, the shipmaster Boris Tersintsev, native of Vladivostok and chief engineer Igor Shumik, resident of Arkhangelsk.
