"?FA"

International Maritime Defence Show

bfa is a leading international design and manufacturing organization specialized in Submarine Personnel Escape Systems (SPES) and Aircrew Equipment Assemblies (AEA).

The bfa SPES range consists of single-skin and inflatable suits, inflatable lifejackets and jerkins and single- and multi-seater inflatable liferafts in a variety of operational combinations, bfa can therefore offer a permutation of Submarine Personal Escape Systems for all naval requirements.

The bfa SPES Amphiprion has been selected as the next generation of submarine personnel escape suits for the Royal Navy.

HABETaS®, the submarine escape system for the future, a joint project between bfa, HDW and amits, integrates a new generation of SPES suits designed and manufactured by bfa. bfa is part of the international development team for the design and production of the Eurofighter Typhoon Protective Clothings.

Within new concepts, like systems around the g-protection system LIBELLE G-Multiplus® and the AFP/LASA programme (NBC-Protection Flying Personnel Jet) bfa plays an important role with its well acknowledged expertise and capability, bfa can therefore offer a large variety of Aircrew Equipment Assemblies for all Air Forces requirements.
