Open Joint Stock Company «V. A. Degtyarev Plant» is one of the largest enterprises in industrial military sector of Russia. The collective of the plant workers continues to master production of the newest types of products of defence and civil purposes according to the developments of designers of OJSC «V. A. Degtyarev Plant» and companies-partners: Design Bureau of Instrument Building (Tula), Design Bureau of Machine Building (Kolomna), scientific and research centres of Moscow, S. Petersburg and other regions of the country. Nowadays products the level of which is widely famous and appreciated in many countries are leaving the shops of the plant. OJSC «V. A. Degtyarev Plant» produces weapons for Air Forces, Navy and ground forces of armies of 17 countries of the world.
