The joint-stock company the GPTP «Granit» is engaged in
development and manufacturing of its own line of the automatic
testing equipment (ATE).
One ATE class develops as means of diagnostics and post repaired tests of digital and digital-to-analog electronic modules, including those of complex structure. The second one is developed as means of diagnostics and tests of high frequency and super high radiofrequency modules. Besides each of the classes listed above is represented by one typical model, on the basis of which, either by complication or by simplification, are elaborated the other models. Manufacturing depends on the specific target and conditions of application.
The first ATE class includes the modern testing equipment representing flexible hard-software structure, adjusted to needs of a user.
The second ATE class contains - the automatic control and measuring testing equipment, which has the standard external measuring device - the spectrum analyzer in its hardware.
