JSC «Research Institute of Hydrocommunication «Shtil» is
the leading enterprise in Russia specializing in hydroacoustic
communication and emergency search and resque systems
for the Navy. Unified series of hydroacoustic communication
devices «?????????-?» has been developed,
supporting: telephony meeting the standards of the Navy and
NATO, coded multifrequency telegraphy, effective (< 10-4 ber)
adaptive digital communication with rates exceeding 1000
bits per minute in complicated noise-signal conditions, definition
of the distance to counterpartner, direction finding and
determination of the distance to submersible objects, supplied
with emergency signaling hydroacoustic devices. Emergency
signaling system ???-30?? has been developed, providing
automatic designation of damaged objects, leading
search and resque forces to the damaged objects and telephony
with damaged objects.
