Joint Venture «Sverdlovskiy Instrumentalniy Zavod-Pumori»
beginning from 1995 carries out design and manufacturing
of production tools like stamps and molds, manufactures
cutting, measuring and auxiliary tools, presents the following
equipment to the Russian market:
• metal sheet CNC oxy-flame and plasma cutting machine;
• die Casting Machine;
• injection Moulding Machine o;
• vacuum Forming Machine and PU Foaming Machine;
• mechanical, hydraulic and multistation presses;
• waterjet cutting equipment, guilliotines and press breaks, lifting equipment, vacuum and magnetic cross beams for cargo transporting and lifting , shot blasting manipulators.
The VANAD 2000 a.s. (Czech Republic) Company produces high-performance, CNC-controlled portal-frame modern machines for oxygen shape-cutting of sheet metal and for cutting with the aid of the most accurate and demanding plasma technologies currently available. Great rigidity, good dynamics, maximum accuracy of the guidance of the portals and the rests, and the thorough wiping of the guiding surfaces are properties that make the Vanad machines ideally suited for the most demanding applications with maximum requirements for cutting productivity and hole quality.
