Swedish Navy Commander to visit Russia and talk on security in Baltic 25.11.2010

Royal Swedish Navy Commander Rear Admiral Anders Grenstad will head a military delegation to visit St. Petersburg since Nov 30 till Dec 3, reported RIA Novosti referring to a spokesman for Russian Navy.

"The visit program includes meetings with top-ranking officers of Russian Navy and Baltic Fleet, attendance of the Navy Scientific Center, the Central Naval Museum, and the State Hermitage", pointed out the spokesman.

According to him, the visit of Swedish military delegation will contribute to development of mutual confidence and understanding between Russian and Swedish navies in interests of Baltic regional security.
