Mikhail Aleksandrov became temporary director general of Admiralteyskie Verfi 21.12.2010

Mikhail Aleksandrov was appointed acting director general of Admiralteyskie Verfi shipyard; previously, he occupied the position of chief engineer, reports the shipyard's press service.

Board of directors made this decision on Dec 17, 2010. Also, the board approved letter of resignation of Mikhail's father, Vladimir Aleksandrov, who had been working at Admiralteyskie Verfi for 43 years, including 26 years when he headed the shipyard.

It is planned to approve the candidate for the director general's post at shareholders' general meeting which will be held in Jan 2011.

JSC Admiralteyskie Verfi is Russia's oldest shipyard established on Nov 5, 1704. The company is specialized in designing, production, and modernization of civil vessels, as well as building of military ships, primarily – submarines.
