Black Sea Fleet relies on further "remarkable activities" with Ukrainian Navy

Russia's Black Sea Fleet (BSF) command hopes that cooperation with Ukrainian Navy started in 2010 would be stepped up, and "remarkable activities helping to accomplish numerous tasks together" would go on, writes TSN referring to Vice Admiral Alexander Troyan, BSF Deputy Commander.
"Along with BLACKSEAFOR activation and bilateral exercise Fairway of Peace, we expect these remarkable activities to be continued in the next year since they help us to accomplish numerous tasks together", said Troyan.
Also, he expressed hope to pursue "a tradition established in Sevastopol with assistance of city administration – taking part in common naval parade during the Victory Day".
Besides, Troyan emphasized that the level of interaction among the crews had been increased in 2010.
"This year was the first time when submariners of both countries (crewmen of Ukrainian sub Zaporizhzhia and Russian submarine Alrosa) performed various training tasks side-by-side, including lying on the seabed and escaping by rescue vehicles. All above-mentioned pictures the new stage of co-operation", said BSF Deputy Commander.
