Suicide bomber who exploded a bomb in Moscow's airport Domodedovo did not serve in Pacific Fleet (PF), reported RIA Novosti referring to the fleet's HQ.

A source involved in the investigation told to RIA Novosti on Feb 10 that Russian secret services identified person of the terrorist no later than next day after the incident using fingerprints taken from torn hand. The terrorist's name was Magomed Yevloyev.

Numerous news agencies reported on Thursday referring to a source in law-enforcement agencies of Primorsky Krai that in 2010 Yevloyev had served in 165th marine regiment based in Vladivostok, and than was transferred to PF coastal defense unit in Smolianinovo.

Reportedly, after three months seaman Yevloyev was let on leave because of his father's illness and went home to Ingushetia. According to reports, the terrorist was identified by X-ray photographs made while naval service.

"Magomed Yevloyev did not serve in Pacific Fleet units in 2010", said the representative of Pacific Fleet HQ.

Prior to that, Internal Troops Commander Nikolai Rogozhkin told to RIA Novosti that the terrorist had served in police regiments in Vladivostok for three months before retirement because of poor health. Afterwards, Ministry of Internal Affairs confuted this information and said that Yevloyev had never served in internal troops.
