Rear Admiral Viktor Afanasiev was discharged from duties of Navy Deputy Commander for Armaments.
Rear Admiral Anatoly Minakov left the office of Northern Fleet Deputy Commander for Education.
Rear Admiral Yury Rebenok was released from the office of the head of Naval Officer Special Training Course.
