Caspian Flotilla summarizes winter training period 13.05.2011

In total, during winter training period ships of Caspian Flotilla (CF) have completed over 60 cruises, about 50 drills, more than 50 gun firings and anti-mine drills. All these figures exceed foregoing parameters.

The flotilla's marine units have conducted over 100 tactical drills with combat firings, carried out about 400 parachute jumps, and held a landing operation at Adanak Range, Dagestan.

According to command's appraisal, all military units demonstrated high combat readiness and capability to accomplish any mission.
