Contracts of State Defense Order 2011 for construction of Borei and Yasen class nuclear-powered submarines have not been signed so far, said deputy defense minister Alexander Sukhorukov at the press conference on Oct 11.

"Contracts are still not signed. The reason is imperfect pricing system in Russia. As a matter of fact, it is only being formed", Sukhorukov said.
As for him, disagreement on price between defense ministry and United Shipbuilding Corporation numbers in tens of billions.
