Caspian Flotilla Passes Annual Inspection 13.10.2011

Final examination summarizing 2011 training year starts at Caspian Flotilla (CF) under supervision of CF Chief of Staff Rear Admiral Vitaly Mikhailov.

Special board will assess qualification level of personnel, condition of armament and combat equipment.

Commanding officers will be tested for knowledge of their service duties and guidelines for contingency actions.

Particular attention will be paid to improvement of order, discipline, and healthy atmosphere in military collectives. During the inspection, all CF servicemen will pass exams and be assessed.
