Rear Admiral Kim Min-Sik, North Korean Navy's East Sea Fleet Commander continues his visit to Russia's Pacific Fleet (PF). The admiral arrived at Northeast Grouping on Oct 24; his visit to Kamchatka lasted till Oct 26.

North Korean delegation on Oct 25 met with Northeast Grouping Commander Rear Admiral Konstantin Maklov and visited historical museum in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatski.

Afterwards, Kim Min-Sik moved to Viliuchinsk which is the main naval base of PF submarine force. He visited sports center Ocean and indoor skating rink Iceberg.

On Oct 26 North Korean guests visited Paratunka Health Resort and then departed for Vladivostok.
