Black Sea Fleet (BSF) frigate Ladny returned to Sevastopol from the Mediterranean Sea after deployment within Russian Navy's carrier group.

The frigate took part in training activities along with ships of Baltic and Northern fleets.

When heading alone or within the task force, frigate Ladny paid formal calls at ports of France, Malta, Spain, and Syrian port Tartus.

Through 43 days of cruise, the ship has covered about 6,000 nautical miles.

On occasion of return to homebase, a festive meeting took place on board the frigate. The crew received traditional bread-and-salt and a piglet roast.
