Black Sea Fleet (BSF) 17-th Diving School based in Sevastopol trains divers for the whole Russian Navy.

Having passed theoretical course, cadets started practical dives. Servicemen directed by experienced instructors are practicing submersion at coast-based training range and at sea from a special vessel.

Diving drill is carried out to the depths of 15-45 meters. Over 100 cadets are involved in the exercise. As is expected, diving practice would last till May 2012. After graduation, 130 servicemen will be qualified divers.
