Attending the Defexpo India 2012 within the delegation of United Shipbuilding Corporation, JSC Sevmash shipyard presented a model of aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya passing repairs and thorough modernization.

According to Sevmash's deputy production superintendent Yury Goncharov, "model of the carrier aroused great interest. Military and civilian experts came to our demonstration stand. Many of them used to visit Sevmash within inspection groups before".
"We had a chance to meet with equipment suppliers at the exhibition. Some issues handled through business correspondence for a long time were settled in personal discussion", Goncharov said.
According to him, "dozens of companies asked about aftersales maintenance of the ship and her particular systems".
