The state-led Russian JSC Rosoboronexport predicts delivery expansion of Russian non-nuclear submarines at the world market, the company's director Anatoly Isaikin told ARMS-TASS at the 23-rd international exhibition Euronaval-2012.

"Our basic products in this segment of the world market are Project 636 non-nuclear submarines, they're leaders at the time. Nevertheless, we promote our new product, Amur-class submarine", said Isaikin.

"It is by no means a substitute for Project 636 but parallel promotion of a new sub. Amur will be also in demand amid our foreign clients, since we offer it in different versions, including that with air-independent powerplant so popular at the naval arms market", he added.

According to Isaikin, in this year export volume of naval arms via Rosoboronexport will make about 20% of overall export volume of military products and will exceed analogous parameter of the last year.
