Russian Baltic Fleet launches month of youth education, looks into boosting teamwork spirit

A month of youth education, instruction on the Russian law, the strengthening of teamwork at divisions has begun at Russia’s Baltic Fleet.

The main objective of the action is to improve the psycho-pedagogical readiness of officers, warrant officers, and ensigns.

Classes focusing on how to organize work on individual education of servicemen will take place throughout the month. The classes will be conducted by officers from various bases and warships. Commanders and their deputies in charge of discipline will share experience on how to improve teamwork and solidarity amongst troops. Q&A sessions will also take place at many places of dislocation of the Fleet, accompanied by instructions on Russian law. Meetings of servicemen will likewise take place, and war veterans will be invited to speak to young servicemen.

In addition, other events meant to enable a quicker integration of young recruits and improve discipline are planned at many places of dislocation and ships of the Fleet.
