Financial indebtedness to RF MoD Shipyard 33 in Baltiysk will be paid in the nearest future, said representative of the Russian defense authority to RIA Novosti.

"Monetary assets will start to receive on accounts of OJSC RF MoD Shipyard 33 (Baltiysk, Kaliningrad region) at the beginning of next week", said the interviewee.

According to him, all documents of clearing contract accounts are taken for approval by corresponding authorities of the Ministry of Defense and Navy.

"Last Thursday, Sept 24 representatives of Navy Engineering Directorate, work collective and officials of Shipyard 33 once again discussed the plans of contract placements and specified outpayments for previously made works", the MoD representative added.

Federal State Unitary Enterprise (FSUE) Shipyard 33 reports to Russian Ministry of Defense.

In April, workers of the shipyard which is a member of OJSC United Shipbuilding Corporation, held protest rally because of salary delays. There are over 400 men working at the shipyard. As for Arkady Shilov, representative of United Shipbuilding Corporation, the shipyard's debt for various creditors exceeded 120 mln rub at that time.

According to Kaliningrad regional ministry of social policy and labor, amount of salary indebtedness at Shipyard 33 exceeded 6 mln rub in April.
