The Rada speaker decided to extend presence of Russian BSF

Ukraine should use best endeavors to make Russian Black Sea Fleet remain in Sevastopol after 2017, said Vladimir Litvin, speaker of the Supreme Rada (Ukrainian parliament) in interview to Fakty newspaper.
The leasing should be "mutually beneficial" and the BSF should be "one of our security guarantees", underlined Litvin.
The speaker also noticed that foreign policy steps towards Ukraine's entry to EU and NATO had proved their falseness.
"After entry into World Trade Organization, Ukraine turned out to be a market outlet of low grade foreign products. Remains of national livestock sector are currently being destructed. Ukraine signed an agreement and the country became to be a "settling pond" for illegals. Ukrainian authorities gave a part of national territory to Romania, the EU member", reminded Litvin.
As for him, recovery of normal relations with Russia would redound to advantage of Ukrainian economy. The speaker gave an example of "Military Industrial Complex – the partnership engine for whole economy".
Litvin expressed belief that cooperation with Russia in space industry, aircraft construction and tank-building would launch the rapid revival of Ukrainian industry and economy in whole.
Kiev's official posture concerning Russian BSF, entry in WTO and Euroatlantic integration differs from the opinion expressed by Litvin.
According to Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko, Russian BSF must undoubtedly leave Crimea in 2017; Ukraine's entry to WTO is a significant achievement; the course on integration to NATO and EU is not liable to variation.
