Russian government appropriates 1.6 bln RUR to increase authorized capital of USC 24.03.2010
Russian government assigns 1.6 bln RUR of budgetary appropriations to increase authorized capital of United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) by additional stock flotation. That appropriation is based on decree signed by Russian premier Vladimir Putin in accordance with federal budget 2010.

Those assets are intended for further financial recovery of OJSC Amur Shipyard, says the decree officially published today.

Appropriated organizations were ordered to make decisions as for placing additional shares of USC within 2 months; increase in authorized capital and registration of Russian Federation's rights in those shares are provided.
