Black Sea Fleet (BSF) warships and 300 servicemen participate in battle scenes of joint Russian-American movie.

"The film named Soldiers of Fortune is being made in Balaklava, Crimea. That is an action film, so it implies a great number of military hardware and special effects. Resources of Black Sea Fleet are sufficient to go without computer graphics and to shoot live battles and explosions; that usually has a great impact on ratings", say producers. "Except for Russian sailors, Ukrainian servicemen will also contribute to the film-making by providing with military hardware".

Reportedly, shooting of culmination scene will be held at BSF air base.
