JSC Admiralteyskie Verfi shipyard will deliver deep-sea submersible Consul to Russian Navy till the end of 2010. According to the shipyard's press service, the bathyscaph is presently being tested in the Baltic Sea where she has carried out dozens of dives at different depths.
