Baltiysky Naval Institute conducted 49th graduation 18.06.2010

On June 18 at 10 am Baltiysky Naval Institute (BNI) named after Admiral F.F. Ushakov conducted 49th graduation of naval officers. At solemn ceremony Rear Admiral Alexander Tsurkan, head of the institute reported to Vice Admiral Viktor Chirkov, Baltic Fleet Commander that cadets of graduating course had completed basic program of higher vocational education. During traditional ritual lieutenant's epaulets and dirks were given to 237 graduates of the institute. Six of them were awarded with golden medals; 21 obtained diplomas with excellence.
