Mistral contract is to be signed in 2010 – FSMTC 02.07.2010

It is planned to sign procurement contract on French helicopter carrier Mistral by the end of the current year, said today Alexander Fomin, deputy director of Federal Agency for Military Technical Cooperation (FAMTC) in an exclusive interview to ARMS-TASS.

"At present, the negotiations are in progress. We assume that the contract would be signed in the end of 2010 when all details of purchased facilities and economic terms of transaction are settled", said Fomin.
