A shipyard capable to build warships is being constructed in Baku, Azerbaijan.

"Construction of warships for national navy will start in Azerbaijan since 2013", reports AZE.az referring to the president of State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev.

According to him, "the shipyard is being presently constructed. Apart from civil vessels, this yard will build warships for national navy and coast guard".
