Somali pirates captured a weapon carrier

Somali pirates hijacked an Emirates-flagged cargo vessel carrying weapons.
That was said by Reuters with reference to spokesman of East Africa Seafarers Assistance Program. According to him, the vessel which allegedly had a false name of Al Mizan was hijacked on Nov 8 and is currently held near city of Garacad northern Somali.
"That is next weapon carrier headed for the region breaking arms embargo imposed on Somali by UN", specified the representative of the Program.
