Memorial activities associated with 10th anniversary of SSN Kursk tragedy were held yesterday all around Russia. Neither president Medvedev nor premier Putin visited even one of them; that shocked families of died submariners, writes ABC.

"At least twenty crewmembers could be saved if appropriate measures would have been taken. Everything was obscured; first information about the accident emerged two days after the tragedy", underlined reporter Rafael Manueko.
Memorial services were conducted yesterday in all naval bases from Kamchatka to Kaliningrad, including Serafimovskoye Cemetery in St. Petersburg where 32 submariners were buried, and Vidyaevo naval base where lived most of the crew, reports the newspaper.
