Twenty employees of Northern Fleet Construction Dept, Severomorsk went on hunger strike yesterday; the strike will last until defense ministry redeems RUR 65 mln wage arrears.

Seven men and thirteen women take part in the hunger strike. People have been driven to desperate shifts as they haven't seen wages for over 8 months.
Formerly the fleet's largest construction enterprise, now it employs only 132 persons. Local authorities were informed about the hunger strike.
