Chinese delegation headed by commander of People's Liberation Army of China will pay a visit to the Russian Federation in Nov 13-18, reported Friday RIA Novosti referring to a spokesman for Russian Navy.

"The itinerary includes visiting of Russian Navy Main HQ and meeting with Navy Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Vysotsky in order to discuss issues of partnership and cooperation in the interests of enhancing security in the World Ocean", said the official.
According to him, the Chinese delegation is about to visit Northern Fleet.
"Visit of the Chinese Navy's delegation to Russia will become a practical step towards strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation between navies of the two countries", emphasized the interviewee.
