United Shipbuilding Corporation buys 50% shares of Arctech Helsinki Shipyard

A number of shipbuilding-related documents were signed as a result of Russian-Finnish negotiations. Signatures were affixed by president of United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) Roman Trotsenko, director general of STX-Finland Su-Jou Kim, and president of STX-Finland Juha Heikinheimo.

The parties signed an agreement providing that USC acquires 50 per cent shares of Arctech Helsinki Shipyard which belongs to STX-Finland; agreement on JSC Arctech Helsinki Shipyard between USC and STX-Finland; agreement between STX-Finland and JSC Arctech Helsinki Shipyard about sale of the Helsinki-located shipyard; and agreement on training of USC personnel at facilities of JSC Arctech Helsinki Shipyard.
