Medvedev introduced staff changes in the Navy

Russian president Dmitry Medvedev conducted staff changes in the Navy, reported presidential website on March 2.

Rear Admiral Alexander Zhuchkov was relieved of the post of Primorsk All-Arms Flotilla Deputy Commander (Pacific Fleet) and will head department of tactics in Naval Academy.

Capt 1 rank Sergei Myasoyedov changed the office of Assistant Chief of Pacific Fleet HQ for Primorsk All-Arms Flotilla Deputy Commander (Pacific Fleet).

Capt 1 rank Yury Orekhovsky was appointed Black Sea Fleet Deputy Commander for Personnel Affairs.

Rear Admiral Vladimir Reshetkin was released from the post of Navy Engineering Department, Deputy Director.

Rear Admiral Sergei Streltsov was relieved of the post of Navy Shipbuilding and Armament Department, Deputy Director.

Rear Admiral Igor Vasiliev was released from the office of Zaozersk Submarine Base Commander.
