NF Pilots Improve Flight Skills

In Nov 2011 pilots of the wing will take part in long-range cruise of aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov. During preparation for the cruise, the wing command laid stress on training of young pilots. In this year, 3 pilots landed on the deck of Admiral Kuznetsov by Su-33 fighters for the first time – flight commanders Capt Stanislav Avdin, Maj Andrei Pestov, and Capt Vyacheslav Lunin.
In total, there have been of Su-33 and Su-25UTG performed during NF deck-landing drills in the Barents Sea.
